De Beers needed to implement a new Diamond Sorting System, but it wasn't as sexy as it sounds! The project had failed twice before, and I went in to help rebrand the programme, and help them to visualise the benefits of a new system.
I created a detailed visual to show the current and future experience, based on real stories
I worked super closely with the users of the system - all the characters are based on real people!
I went the next level deeper, and ran workshops with users to understand their data needs for the future
