
Atkins
I led a small team at Atkins, a Global Engineering company, creating a brand for their 2020 Technology Vision, and communicating it out to the IT group and wider organisation to get people engaged and excited.
To do this we created a visual brand, a set of key messages and behaviours that would help to explain future ways of working and bring the strategy to life.

We created a visual story that clearly explained the reasons Atkins IT was changing and showed what the future would feel like for our people



We created a tone of voice and visual brand for Atkins Technology, and created guidelines that everyone could use

All of our work was tested with a group of 80 employees from all of Atkins' global offices, and worked with them to define a new set of values
